We will not have a face-to-face meeting this in-service, so we'll meet via e-mail.  One agenda item:
Please repeat the 3-step process we did back in late September - early October, i.e.:
 
 1.    Go to  "Search Assessments " page -   www.trinidadstate.edu/AISL/reports/asp/search.html
 
 2.    Select the department  using "Search by Semester and Department" as assigned below - use Fall '05 (06F). 
            Communications: Holdread, Lori; Nelson, Patti;
            Humanities, Social Sciences: Holdread, Doug; Rankin, Carol
            Math, Science: Carter, Karen; Massarotti, Alicia; 
            San Luis Valley: Falk, Monica; Gonzales, Jeremy; Scarlett, Thomas;
            Technical Business: Harris, Lige; Meyerholz, Donna; 
            Trades and Industry: Blake, Patrick; Ulibarri, Debbie;
 
 3.    Read with an eye toward making specific recommendations to TSJC's planning ; Reply To All with your thoughts.
 
The goal here is to "close the assessment" loop, to make use of the assessment data for modifying things that may be in our power as a standing committee (read "recommending").   Please Reply To All (AISL members) by Friday, Jan 20.

P.S.    The only other item is that I would like to publish another edtion of the joint "Self-Study / Assessment Committee" newsletter.  If anyone has ideas for articles, let me know.  Better yet, please contribute an article!
