Ok, we've got a big start on choosing AISL Contacts for programs ( again http://www.trinidadstate.edu/AISL/aps/status.htm - will be the info clearinghouse for this effort.

Our next step is to schedule face-to-face meetings (w/ PolyCom if necessary) with faculty lead(s), AISL Contact, and me.  My calendar is set so that you can create appointments for me (select Calendar in your Outlook application, then near the bottom left you should see "Open a Shared Calendar" in a blue font.  Select that and type Philbin, then OK and you should see my calendar alongside yours.  Note that I've already put W 10/3 in Alamosa .. hopefully that will work out;  if not, please suggest another date).

Once the meeting is set up, I'll send all the past assessment data I know of to everyone involved in the meeting.  At the meeting, we'll first go over the existing plan and the data generated to date ... then revise and update the webpage.
