The Automotive Technology Program at TSJC offers an AAS degree and a two semester Certificate. This program prepares a student with the entry-level competencies needed to gain employment in the automotive service industry. Typical jobs held by graduates include: Auto dealership service technician, service writer, service manager, service technician in an independent repair facility or mass merchandiser, or parts department counter person or manager.   The AAS degree is offered to meet the needs of the student who wishes to advance in this field to a management or supervisory position..
