Summary
Generally, we got very good marks in
most areas. We improved in almost all
areas except for the comfort of the Math Lab.
I think that it was too crowded because we move in extra desks in August
2004, so I've already moved 2 desks into storage.
While our score on “Response time to
Flags” increased, it still seems like we have room for improvement.
we don't always have enough help to
get everyone's questions answered in a timely manner. Unfortunately, with the budget cuts and productivity quotas, I
don't see that improving any time in the near future.
I was also disturbed by the trend in
students with tutors – the number with has dropped to 12.5% and the number
withoujt increased accordingly. The open
lab use followed a similar trend, down to 22% using the open lab. We need to more actively encourage students
to use the open lab and tutors throughout the semester.
