This is Important Information about your $$$ financial aid and other refunds $$$. Your refund could be significantly delayed if you do not pay attention to this information!!!

Have you activated your CCCS Refund Card? It is important to activate it immediately as refunds will soon be processed!! Just go to the TSJC website at www.trinidadstate.edu then click on the lime green banner “Don’t Trash Your Refund,” and go to the HigherOne CCCS Refund Card Easy Help Guide.

Upon activation, you will have the opportunity to choose whether you would like to have your refund direct deposited to a HigherOne account or to another bank account of your choice. These are the quickest methods to receive your refund. If you do not activate the card to choose one of these refund preferences, your refund will be paid by a check mailed to you about 21 days after the refund has been processed.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it . All emails received by Friday, September 17th will be used to enter you in a drawing for a $100.00 voucher to the TSJC bookstore.

If you have not received a card, please check to see if your current mailing address on file with TSJC is correct!! Go to the TSJC website at www.trinidadstate.edu and log in to the Go2TSJC Portal to verify/update your current mailing address TODAY! An incorrect mailing address will delay your refund.

There is normally a $20.00 charge to replace a CCCS Refund Card, however HigherOne, Inc. is granting TSJC students a card replacement fee amnesty from September 13 –October 1, so this is your chance to replace your card if necessary.
