Experiment: human vertical crouch-and-jump motion:

1. Measure:
   • ymax with meter stick,
   • y(t) using the Motion Detector or video analysis,
   • ay(t) using the accelerometer (and video),
   • F(t) with Force plate
2. Fully label all parts of the motion, i.e., the lined-up graphs of y(t), vy(t), ay(t), F(t) for this motion.
   • Crouch down
   • Push-off (un-crouching)
   • Moment feet disconnect with ground
   • flight up
   • flight down
   • Moment feet reconnect with ground
   • landing
3. Compute the work done during the push-off stage.
4. Compute the power developed during the push-off stage.
5. Compute the work done during the landing stage.
6. Compute the power developed during landing.
