Supplemental Instruction: Info for students
Want Better Grades?
SI provides peer led review of tough course material. Student participants average a full letter grade above non-participants in the same course!
Studying with someone who 's aced the class makes pretty good sense.
SI provides Leaders that have taken the course and passed with an "A".
-
They can tell you things about the class that you would have figured out eventually on your own, but now you know the scoop FASTER!
You have to study anyway. Might as well do it with friends!
When do sessions start?
SI sessions start a week or two after classes
begin.
Times and Locations will be posted before sessions begin.
Your SI leader will keep you informed if times and location changes during the semester.

What does it Cost?
SI costs you nothing except your time. Assistance is free! Come as
often as you like.
(Keep in mind, though, the statistics show that the
more you come, the better your grade.)
So, if you're ready to tackle a tough course, but you don't want to do it alone, CHECK OUT SI!
