Deciding where to go to college, figuring out how to pay for it and completing all the necessary forms is complicated.
The TSJC Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) is set up to help students gather the necessary information to make good decisions about their future educational plans, think clearly through the available options, and ensure that they receive all the financial aid to which they are entitled.
The TSJC EOC is available principally to serve low-income adults and other adults who are the first in their family to attend college. For further information call 846-5689.

Hello SCEOC participant!
In an on-going effort to remain in the forefront of education and to better connect with you, the Southern Colorado Educational Opportunity Center (S.C.E.O.C.) now hosts a Facebook page! We hope to utilize this new technology to reach you, the student, with information on various scholarships, important educational dates (i.e. fafsa deadlines), free tax-prep workshops and numerous other things related to your world. We have locations in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, La Junta, Lamar and Trinidad.
At the same time, we want your input. Have questions about financial aid? Post it on the wall. Know of a great way to relieve stress during mid-terms? Post it on the wall. Have a great recipe for cold-season? Post it on the wall.
This page has been established for you, the student, and we hope that you’ll be able to utilize our page to network and connect with other students who, like you, are going through the college experience.
Your involvement and interaction with the page will help it to grow and become something great for all of us.
Please click on the link to our page and select “like” so that you can receive updates and the latest info!
Good luck with your educational endeavors
