Bookstore Authorization

Students receiving financial aid and have ample aid to cover their tuition/fees and dorms/cafe' may charge their books against their student aid.

Students on Campus

To do so, Students will need to contact the Business Office at which time a tuition calc will be generated which lists the charges and aid approved. Once the credit amount is determined, the Business Office will authorize the student to charge. The student can then proceed to the bookstore to get their books.

CCC Online Book Approval

Students taking online classes who wish to use their financial aid may place their book orders at CCConline.org making sure to designate the correct home college. Once the order is received, it will be forwarded to the Business Office of your home college for approval. Once the charge is approved, the book order will then be processed.
