Athletic Trainer - Trinidad and Valley Campus
Trinidad State College, a member of the NJCAA, is seeking a full time Certified Athletic Trainer to join the Athletic Department. This position will be responsible managing in-house athletic training and providing athletic training services to all athletic teams. Reporting to the Athletic Director, the Athletic Trainer will oversee walk-in hour service and provide general coverage of athletic activities. The candidate will help develop a comprehensive athletic training program for the department.

The ideal candidate will have previous training experience with an understanding of the philosophy of an institution of higher education and its role in the overall college experience. Additional, non-athletic department responsibilities may also be assigned by the Director of Athletics.

Financial Aid Counselor - Trinidad Campus
Reporting to the Financial Aid Director this position provides a high level of support to students navigating the Financial Aid process. Administers federal, state and institutional aid programs in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and industry standards. Implements and supports department policies and procedures. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of proposed and current legislation, and informs supervisor and the Vice President of all changes that may impact financial aid programs and student enrollment. Collaborates in the development and maintenance of the TSC financial aid data base system and website, including provision of consumer information for prospective and new students. Responsible for SAP appeals, policy and procedure compliance.

Lineman Technician Hourly Instructor
Trinidad State College is seeking a Lineman Technician Hourly Instructor. This individual is responsible for instruction in assigned classes according to established course model and syllabus and provides instruction to students on subjects such as math and basic electric theory. The Lineman Technician Instructor will be responsible for field training, such as pole climbing, equipment operation, both overhead and underground line construction, hot line work, safety and all other subjects in the curriculum. This program leads to a certificate in utility line work, including overhead and underground construction. This position reports directly to the Dean of Career and Technical Education.

Pandemic Sanitation Worker/Office Personnel - Trinidad Campus
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and through a partnership with the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium and the COResponds Grant, this position will be cleaning and disinfecting high touch and occupied areas before and after use. Office duties as assigned to include filing, copying, scanning, greeting students and directing to appropriate resources/department and other duties. Will be using cleaners, disinfectants, sanitizers and other chemicals to clean surfaces. Protecting personal identifiable information (PII), student confidentiality, and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) related information is mandatory.
