Dean of Student Retention and Completion - Trinidad Campus
The Dean of Student Recruitment and Completion (DRC) position at Trinidad State College (TSC) is a full-time (12 month), on campus professional position that carries responsibility for administering and supervising student life, student government, student conduct and student retention programming. The Dean will provide inclusive, growth-mindset leadership, innovative vision and a commitment to retention programs as well as the centennial goals of the college. In addition, the Dean will act as the senior student conduct advisor, overseeing the student conduct processes. A creative problem solver and collaborator, the ideal candidate will create a positive and engaged culture. The position is located on the Trinidad Campus but serves the entire institution.

Trinidad State College seeks Nursing Faculty on the Trinidad campus. This is a full-time, nine-month, permanent positions that report directly to the Dean of Instruction.

Financial Aid Counselor - Trinidad Campus
Reporting to the Financial Aid Director this position provides a high level of support to students navigating the Financial Aid process. Administers federal, state and institutional aid programs in compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and industry standards. Implements and supports department policies and procedures. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of proposed and current legislation, and informs supervisor and the Vice President of all changes that may impact financial aid programs and student enrollment. Collaborates in the development and maintenance of the TSC financial aid data base system and website, including provision of consumer information for prospective and new students. Responsible for SAP appeals, policy and procedure compliance.

TRiO Advisor & Academic Coordinator - Trinidad Campus
This is an exempt position reports to the Director of TRIO - Student Support Services. The position is responsible for advising and TRiO support on the Trinidad Campus. Advising and TRiO support assists all aspects of the Student Support Services Grant to support grant goals and reporting requirements. The position may work directly with students, faculty and staff to support student success.

Retention and TRiO Project Advisor – Student Support Services - Valley Campus
The TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) Retention and TRiO Project Advisor is focused on retaining program participants through good academic standing, graduation and transfer, and improving student academic performance by providing resources and support to overcome barriers to academic success. The position provides: counsel for students from low-income backgrounds; discussion with families without college experience; and/or students with disabilities. Position will advise a case load of over 120 students that will be tracked, advised, and assisted to ensure attainment of their educational goals. The Retention Specialist serves as primary contact for new program participants.
