UAS explore imageUnmanned Aviation Systems (UAS) is an important emerging technology with an expanding range of applications. Drones are being used regularly in energy, agriculture, transportation, emergency services, natural resources, photography, mapping, recreation, and the list is growing. Drones will share airspace with manned aviation and the need for safe pilots is a priority. The TSC UAS program focuses on training an upcoming and needed workforce to become safe and proficient pilots. A first step is to earn your FAA small UAS pilots certificate followed by additional certifications and a variety of flight experiences to bolster to your marketability in this profession.

• Hands-on flight experience to include fixed wing and a variety of rotary wing aircraft
