Trinidad State offers a wide variety of majors and courses to prepare students for a career and for life. In the Arts and Sciences section you’ll find courses that will lay the groundwork for your future. You can study Business Administration, Psychology, Theater and Engineering to name a few. You’ll graduate in two years with an Associate’s Degree and can then continue at a four-year school.

Career and Technical Education encompasses studies which generally are more “hands-on” in nature. Many times these degrees are all a student needs to prepare them for a career. Associate of Applied Science Degrees (AAS) include Aquaculture, Cosmetology, Diesel Technology, Gunsmithing, Welding and Heavy Equipment Technology. Some courses can be completed in as little as one semester.
