The Office of Student Well-Being (OSWB) is a place where students can find support, resources, and connection throughout their college journey. We recognize that student success is about more than academics — it is also about having the tools, support systems, and resources needed to navigate life’s challenges and thrive.

What is the Office of Student Well-Being?
The OSWB provides individualized support, resource connections, well-being education, wellness programming, self-care resources, and opportunities for students to build skills that support their overall success. Whether a student is facing a challenge, looking for resources, or simply wanting to strengthen their well-being, OSWB is here to listen, help identify options, and connect students with the support they need.

Need Support?
If you are concerned about yourself or another student, we are here to help. Submit a CARE Team referral using the button below and help connect the student with appropriate support and resources.
The Office of Student Well-Being can support students with:
- Navigating academic challenges and barriers to student success
- Mental health, physical health, and overall well-being support
- Stress management, coping skills, and building healthy habits
- Significant life transitions, personal challenges, or changes in circumstances
- Connecting with campus and community resources
- Financial stressors and basic needs support, including food, housing, and transportation resources
- Pregnancy and parenting-related support needs
- Relationship concerns, interpersonal challenges, and support following experiences of violence
- Substance use concerns and harm reduction resources
- Finding support during times of stress, uncertainty, or crisis

When to Access the Office of Student Well-Being
If you are asking yourself whether you should reach out, that is usually a good sign that it is time to connect.
You do not have to wait until things feel overwhelming to ask for support. The Office of Student Well-Being (OSWB) is here to help students navigate challenges, connect with resources, and build skills that support their overall well-being throughout their college experience.
If something is affecting your ability to focus, attend class, feel connected, manage responsibilities, or take care of yourself, OSWB is a place where you can start.

The Office of Student Well-Being (OSWB) is committed to creating a campus community where students, staff, and faculty have the knowledge, skills, and resources to support their own well-being and the well-being of those around them. Through educational presentations and interactive trainings, OSWB promotes awareness, prevention, resilience, and connection across the Trinidad State College community.
