Community members can also borrow through the CLC program, with a four-book limit per person. Bring your current student ID (students and Upward Bound) or a driver's license (community members) to the Circulation Desk.

Borrower Responsibility

Please do not check out items for friends. You are responsible for anything checked out in your name, and you are liable for any lost or late items and the fines associated with them.

Renewing Your Books

Bring your books back to the library and staff will gladly renew them and stamp them with a new due date.

Items can also be renewed over the phone, but only if you call before the current due date.

Overdue Fines

Overdue fines are $0.10 per day, per book, and will continue to accumulate until the book is returned.

  • Students must pay all fines in full before they will be released from their financial obligation to the college.
  • Community members must pay all fines due before they will be allowed to check out any more books.

Lost Books

After six weeks overdue, a book is declared lost. You'll be charged a flat $55.00 fee for replacement and processing, which is turned over to the Business Office for collection.
