Admissions Process
Ready to experience Trinidad State College? Follow these simple steps to apply for admission.
1. Apply for Admission
Please allow at least 24 hours for your application to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an acceptance letter with your login information including your Student ID Number (S#) and password information for student portal
2. TSC Portal
Access your TSC Portal once you receive your acceptance letter with your Student ID Number (S#) and password information. Instructions will be included and the portal will provide you with access to your individualized information and resource tools.
3. EAB Navigate
Set-up your Educational Advisory Board (EAB) Navigate account. Utilize the same username (S#) and password as your TSC Portal to make an appointment with academic advisors to schedule classes.
4. High School Transcripts and Scholarships
High school completion or equivalency must be verified. This is verified by submitting a high school transcript for high school graduates and high school equivalency testing information and a grade report for GED graduates. Have your high school or GED center submit an official copy of your high school transcript or official documents to TSC Admissions Office.

Scholarships: Institutional and Foundation
Students may be eligible to receive both Institutional Scholarships and Foundation Scholarships. As an overview, an application must be submitted for consideration of TSC Foundation Scholarships. Institutional Scholarships may be automatic if official high school transcripts are received by deadline for first semester attending (Fall Semester: July 1; Spring Semester: December 1) and students meet criteria. 5. College Transcripts
To have college credits reviewed for transfer in of credits, including college courses while attending high school, have each college send an official transcript to the Registrar Office prior to enrollment.

6. Test Scores
Although TSC does not require SAT nor ACT test scores to be submitted for admissions. If you choose you can have your scores sent to Trinidad State by entering the SAT college code number for Trinidad State’s, 4821 or ACT college code number for Trinidad State is 0528.
7. Immunization (For Residence Hall students ONLY)
Have your doctor send a copy of your immunization record to Trinidad State College. Your record may be on your high school transcript. Immunization Requirement
